Advocate Jahangir Khan is the founder of JAK Legal; Completed his Bachelor’s in law degree from Government Law College, Mumbai in the year 1992 and having registered himself on the advocates roll of the state ( Bar Council Of Maharashtra and Goa) he holds an experience of more than 27 years in the field of Advocacy and Litigation.

Mr. Khan has appeared and practiced in a wide spectrum of litigation matters from Magistrate court’s, Small Causes Court, City Civil court’s, Sessions Court’s, High Court to the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Further he also holds experience in appearing before the Consumer Courts i.e. District Forum, State Comission and National Comission. As of today he has also appeared in arbitration proceedings and before arbitral tribunals ranging from sole arbitrator to three arbitrators.
He has specialization in matters relating to Civil Litigation, Suits, Writ Petitions, Arbitration proceedings, Consumer matters, RERA matters, SRA and MAHADA matters, Criminal proceedings, bail and anticipatory bail applications, Cross examination, Criminal Trial and Criminal revision applications.
Further Mr. Khan’s area of expertise also involves drafting; Drafting a wide variety of Legal Documents ranging from Legal Notice, Letter, Contract, Commercial Contracts, Development Agreement, Suits, Petitions, to Criminal applications.
